About Toya

Who Is Toya K?

Toya Bell is an Entrepreneur, Author, Speaker, and Metaphysical Life Coach who specializes in the use of metaphysics to understand and create a joyful life. Her message stems from the viewpoint that every person is a perfect expression of the Most High and are fully capable of gaining control of their own life experience.

Prior to launching her speaking and coaching business, Toya served as a Health Educator and Health Health Kid?). Toya holds a Masters Degree (MPH) in Public Health and a Bachelors Degree (BS) in Community Health Education. She is an ordained minister and published author in the Health Educator academic journal.

Toya was introduced to the field of Metaphysics while recovering from a spinal surgery which left her with only 10% mobility from the waist down. After several rounds of physical therapy, spinal injections, and heavy medication, she saw little progress. Since she couldn’t walk, to pass the time and lift her spirits, she began to read books (LOTS OF BOOKS)! She started reading;The Power of the Subconscious Mind, As A Man Thinketh, Think and Grow Rich and Ask and It Is Given, just to name a few. Toya began to understand the healing power of thought, the relationship between the Universe and man, and how to be a deliberate creator of her life experience. She largely attributes the total restoration of her mobility to her new found understanding. Now, she has dedicated her career and her life to teaching others how to gain control over their lives through this same understanding.

In her spare time, Toya is an avid reader and student of metaphysical arts. Her favorite topics to study includes: Universal Law, Affirmations, Law of Attraction, Reiki, Chakra Balancing, Energy Healing, Heart Math, and Knowledge of Self. For Toya, these subjects are not just interest, they are a way of life. She believes in the power of all of these truths and has utilized them to help everyone from cancer patients to aspiring entrepreneurs.

Toya currently resides in the west suburbs of Chicago, IL. with her family and friends. She is available for speaking engagements, vision board workshops, seminars, boot camps, webinars, radio shows, etc. She also facilitates Metaphysical Mastermind groups for individuals seeking to utilize metaphysical principles in order to start their own speaking and coaching businesses.
